Gold
(Full Maintenance) Contract - includes monthly maintenance. This
agreement includes maintenance mentioned in the Silver Maintenance contract as
well as maintains the entire elevator equipment. We will regularly examine, adjust,
lubricate (as required) the following equipment:
Pump Motor, hatch switches, hydraulic pump, bearings, packing glands, all valves,
thrusts, rotating elements, all resistance tubes, leveling units, all controller
parts, contacts and magnet frames, indicator lamps and fuses, brushes, windings,
and coils.
We also agree to maintain proper quantity of hydraulic fluid, to keep the guide
rails properly lubricated at all times, periodically examine all safety devices,
to furnish the proper lubricants, and maintain all accessory equipment. This contract
also includes FREE 24/7 answering service for emergency elevator calls.
Platinum
(Full Maintenance) Contract - This contract includes everything
listed in the Gold Maintenance contract as well as the following.
Includes all service calls including those made out of business hours, weekends,
and holidays (except calls due to vandalism or misuse)
State government requirements requested by the State of California Industrial
Relations - Elevator Unit including the 5-year hydraulic load test
Contract also includes repair or replace light bulbs, emergency light units, and
batteries.
